Program Purpose

The Women in AI & Tech Pathways program supports women to access, transition into, or build businesses in AI enabled and technology driven fields. The program focuses on practical skills, economic security, ethical use of AI, and long term career and business sustainability.

This program responds to the growing role of AI across sectors and the need to ensure women are not excluded from emerging economic opportunities.

Cohort Size


Participants will:

  • Build foundational AI literacy and confidence

  • Apply AI tools ethically and effectively in work or business

  • Develop a career transition plan or AI enabled business model

  • Create a portfolio, project, or service offer

  • Strengthen income security and long term economic prospects
