Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Women Work & Wealth Institute (WWWI) is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of our work and membership.

We recognize that women’s experiences of work, income, and economic systems are shaped by intersecting factors including culture, other-wise able, caregiving responsibilities, migration status, class, age, and access to opportunity. These realities inform how we design programs, set priorities, and build community.

Our approach to equity is practical and intentional. We work to remove barriers to participation, centre lived experience alongside professional expertise, and create learning and leadership spaces that are respectful, accountable, and inclusive. Membership at WWWI is grounded in mutual respect, shared responsibility, and a commitment to learning.

We do not view equity as a statement of intent alone, but as an ongoing practice. This includes listening, adapting, and being transparent about the limits of our work while striving to do better.

All members are expected to uphold these values and contribute to spaces that are safe, respectful, and inclusive.
